At SkyWater Church, we believe God's Word to be our ultimate authority, so we let Scripture shape our teaching. That's why we practice expository preaching—teaching that carefully explains the meaning of a biblical passage in its original context and shows how it applies to our lives today. Rather than choosing topics and finding verses to support our pre-determined conclusions, we typically preach through books of the Bible verse-by-verse, allowing God's Word to set the agenda. Our desire is that every sermon helps people know God more deeply, understand the Bible more clearly, and grow as faithful followers of Jesus.

THE MIRACULOUS GIFTS

In this series, we explore what the Bible teaches about the miraculous gifts and their purpose in the life of the Church today. As Continuationists, we believe the gifts of the Spirit—including prophecy, healing, tongues, and other spiritual gifts—continue to be given by God to build up the body of Christ, advance the Gospel, and display His power and presence. Through careful, Scripture-centered teaching, this series examines the biblical foundation for the gifts, addresses common questions and misconceptions, and encourages believers to pursue the work of the Holy Spirit with humility, discernment, and love.

THE REVELATION TO JOHN
